Hafsa is a freshmen at Seattle Central College who is working to get her AAs in computer science. She enjoys the creative freedom of the computer science field and began exploring this journey in her Junior year of high school. Currently she is a Future Founder VR fellow learning to develop software for Virtual Reality. Hafsa hopes to use technology to help her community and people. |
EDUARDO ROJASUSER EXPERIENCE (UX) DESIGNER AND VIRTUAL REALITY (VR) DEVELOPER
Eduardo Rojas is a User Experience (UX) designer and Virtual Reality (VR) developer. He is passionate about creating value-centered solutions to promote health, wellbeing, and productivity. Eduardo is currently an administrator for Rojas Plastering LLC, and a fellow at the Future Founders VR Fellowship. After the fellowship, Eduardo seeks to work as a UX and VR Designer and explore the ethics of immersive technologies. |

Julie Le is a curious individual who is in the midst of figuring out her passions and career interests. She received her Associates in Arts and Sciences from Tacoma Community College and has recently received her certification in Database Analytics from Bellevue College. She is currently a part of the Future Founder VR Fellowship working on developing an educational game in virtual reality. |

Jakari Brown is a self-taught web developer and current Future Founder VR fellow. He began teaching himself web development in the beginning of 2018 and in less than a year he has developed 9 websites. Jakari is passionate about technology because it allows him to be creative and produce concrete results. He is hoping to find a software development job with opportunities for growth. |
BEVERLY AARONSWRITER AND GAME DEVELOPER
Beverly Aarons is a writer and game developer. She works across disciplines as a copywriter, journalist, novelist, playwright, screenwriter, and short story writer. She began her writing journey at 14 years old when she worked as a youth reporter for the Chicago Defender, one of the oldest African American newspapers in the U.S. She’s won several awards and grants for her work including the Guy A. Hanks, Marvin H. Miller Screenwriting Award, Community 4Culture Fellowship, and the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture smART Ventures grant. She explores futuristic worlds in fiction but also enjoys discovering the stories of modern day unsung heroes. She’s currently working on a series of nonfiction stories about ordinary people doing extraordinary things in their local communities and the world. In August 2018 she produced a live action game and event where community members worked together to envision an economic future they truly desired to leave future generations. She’s currently learning how to create interactive experiences in XR. After solidifying her programming and XR skills, she hopes to continue developing her game Rent Hike, an exploration into life as a renter in Seattle, and to create new interactive experiences that inform and inspire.

DAVID SAUVIONFOOD INNOVATION DISTRICT STRATEGIST AT RAINIER BEACH ACTION COALITION
David is an architect and urban designer whose work in the private sector provided clear insight of the social disparities across the City. He has since transitioned to the non-profit world and acts as the Food Innovation District Strategist for the Rainier Beach Action Coalition, a neighborhood-based organization, which he co-founded in 2012. David has lived in London and Paris and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from La Villette School of Architecture in Paris. He is a Steering Committee member of South Communities Organizing Regional/Racial Equity (S-CORE), Communities of Opportunity, and the Regional Equity Network.

DAVID HARRISSTARTUP ADVOCATE CITY OF SEATTLE, OFFICE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
Since 2015, he has worked with the City of Seattle’s Office of Economic Development as their Startup Advocate. In 2016, his participation in Harvard Business School’s Young American Leaders Program, as well as the White House Summit on Building the Tech Workforce of Tomorrow, inspired his participation in other projects on cross-sector collaboration and the future of work.

In 2018, David and thirty others served as mentors for the German Marshall Fund’s Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative, and also graduated from the University of Washington with a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering. His current interest include circular economy product and service design, shared mobility through decentralized technology, and platform cooperativism. David recently graduated from the University of Washington with a Master of Science in Human Centered Design and Engineering in 2018.
